NEW CLINIC FORMAT

For the past year the MBCA Executive Board and the Clinic Co-Chairs Harvey Krupnick and Frank Carey have been developing a new and improved clinic format. Our goal was to expand the clinic to a full two day affair with more clinicians, more time to socialize with other coaches, and more time to visit with the expanding number of exhibitors who are now attending our clinic. We hope to see you this year, and we hope you will enjoy the new clinic format. Please give the members of the Executive Board your impressions of this new clinic program, plus any suggestions you have for improvement for future years.

NO SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS OR VOUCHERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.

Please try to register before January 23, 2008. If you pre-pay your clinic fees, your Clinic Badge may be picked up at the clinic registration table. The name tag will indicate which plan you have reserved. The name tag must be worn each day at the clinic.

NOTE: If you are mailing dues and/or clinic fees and you have a new address or membership status, please note that on your registration form.

The MBCA will not make room reservations. The MBCA will only handle the collection of Dues, Clinic Registration, and Meals.

Make hotel room reservations by January 18, 2008. Phone 1-800-996-3426, and identify yourself with the MBCA group. The overnight room rate is $75 plus tax single or double occupancy, and you will need to send in a deposit of $75 or give your credit card number by January 18, 2008. Our reserved rooms will be released after that date.

We welcome all LITTLE LEAGUE and YOUTH LEAGUE BASEBALL COACHES to join the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association as Allied Members, and we invite all baseball coaches to attend our Annual Baseball Clinic. Each person attending must fill out a registration form.

Professional Development Points (PDP’s) certificates are available at the Registration Table for those who would like to take advantage of them for their recertification efforts.

BOSTON RED SOX PASSES are for Active and Honorary Members only. Active Members who do not plan on attending the MBCA Clinic but would like a Red Sox pass must pay their $30.00 dues to: Bill Tompkins, 23 County Street, Foxboro, MA 02035 by March 1, 2008.
