The Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association is
making a strong effort to increase its membership. We invite you once again
to become a member of your state baseball coaches association. Your
membership makes us a stronger association and helps us promote the sport of
baseball throughout our state.
There are three types of membership available:
Active Member - $30.00 yearly dues - Massachusetts high school and junior high
coaches including head varsity, assistant varsity, junior varsity,
freshman, and junior high coaches; coaches from Massachusetts
private/prep high schools; and college and junior college coaches
Allied Member - $20.00 yearly dues - Out of state high school coaches at
any level, youth league coaches at any level, major league
scouts, umpires at any level, or any other person promoting baseball in
our state
Honorary Member - No Fee - Elected by the MBCA Executive Board on a yearly
basis
Presently, membership in the MBCA gives you the
following benefits:
1. Association with over 700 college, high school, and youth level coaches
2. Association with Professional Scouts
3. Subscription to our newsletter
4. MBCA Coaches Membership Directory listing all members by
school/league affiliation, MBCA Hall
of Fame and Honors Brunch Award Ceremony Programs, and MBCA State
Baseball Clinic Agenda
5. Participation in the annual MBCA state baseball clinic
6.
7. Lowell Spinners games (Class A Boston Red Sox
affiliate at
8. North Shore Spirit of Lynn at Fraser Field-free admission for you and a
guest by showing MBCA card
9. Berkshire Black Bears of Pittsfield-free admission by showing your MBCA card
To join the MBCA for 2008, download the MBCA
Membership Form found on our Web Page (www.massbca.com). Fill out this form, and mail it and your check payable to the
MBCA to our Membership Coordinator, Mr. Bill Tompkins,
Active member dues must be received by March 1,
2008, in order to receive the Boston Red Sox Complimentary Pass. This year’s
annual MBCA clinic will be held on February 1, 2, and 3, 2008, at the
